Project Brief Introduction
A community-driven conference website for Ethereum enthusiasts in Asia.
ETHTaipei is an annual Ethereum event that gathers developers, researchers, and builders from across Asia. For the 2025 edition, I contributed to both the website design and front-end development, helping shape a cohesive and engaging online presence for the conference.
Project Background
ETHTaipei is a volunteer-organized Ethereum conference aimed at empowering local Web3 communities and connecting them with global builders. The 2025 edition required an upgraded website to support more dynamic content—such as speaker bios, ticketing, agenda flow, and sponsor showcases—while maintaining clarity and responsiveness.
I was responsible for crafting a developer-friendly, visually compelling interface and also collaborated on implementing parts of the front-end to ensure smooth rendering of key components.
Design Goals
1. Establish a clear, structured layout for event navigation (schedule, venue, speaker, etc.)
2. Apply Web3-inspired visual language with futuristic motifs and Ethereum branding
3. Ensure responsiveness and scalability across devices
4. Coordinate marketing assets for social media and sponsor promotion
User Interface Design
The visual direction for the ETHTaipei 2025 website reflects a bold, tech-forward aesthetic while celebrating the vibrant spirit of Taiwan's Ethereum community. I designed the interface to feel both innovative and playful, using a combination of pixel-style graphics, animated elements, and vibrant neons—echoing both retro internet culture and Web3’s experimental energy.
