Project Brief Introduction
“MCPilot – Let AI Interact with Blockchain”
MCPilot is my team ETHGlobal hackathon project in 2025 that empowers AI agents (like Claude) to perform blockchain tasks securely via MetaMask. The goal is to unlock new levels of smart automation in Web3 through natural language interactions.

Project Background
In the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem, the complexity of interacting with blockchain often creates friction for non-technical users. At ETHGlobal 2025, our team set out to explore how AI could bridge this usability gap. The idea behind MCPilot was to enable a more intuitive way to access blockchain functionalities—through natural language commands—without compromising security.
We combined a natural language AI (Claude) with MetaMask and a secure key management flow to allow seamless execution of tasks such as token swaps, cross-chain bridging, and routine wallet automation. This setup demonstrates how AI agents could act as assistants for Web3 users, making decentralized interactions more human-centric and accessible.
Visual Direction
For this project, I challenged myself to adopt a 3D-inspired visual style that is increasingly popular in the Web3 space. The goal was to create a futuristic, tech-forward atmosphere that aligns with the innovation behind MCPilot, while still maintaining clarity in user flows and messaging.
I explored dimensional shapes, soft-glow effects, and translucent materials to craft an immersive landing experience that feels both experimental and trustworthy. Balancing the visual richness of 3D elements with performance and accessibility considerations was a key part of this design challenge.
UI Design System & Components
For MCPilot’s landing page, I embraced the rising trend of 3D visual design in the Web3 space to build an immersive, futuristic interface. The goal was to craft a visual language that not only aligns with blockchain and AI themes, but also enhances user trust and interaction clarity.
I designed a cohesive UI system that includes:
1. A custom 3D-inspired color palette featuring warm orange and deep red gradients, evoking a sense of innovation and reliability.
2. Consistent iconography combining flat symbols and rendered 3D elements to communicate both function and futuristic tone.
3. Modular UI components such as cards, info panels, and flowcharts, designed to simplify onboarding and explain technical logic visually.
