Project Introduction
ChargeHyve® is a Dutch startup ReCycleWell B.V.’s product brand, specializing in the development and design of smart self-service charging cabinets for electric bicycle batteries. My role at ChargeHyve® involves optimizing the user experience of the electric bicycle battery charging stations. I focus primarily on researching and analyzing the user interface and overall user experience of the operation panel and process, and then proposing optimization strategies and corresponding user interface designs.
We conducted satisfaction surveys before and after the UX redesign, and the results showed a 16% increase in satisfaction after the redesign.
